No returns without receipt. Exchanges accepted within 30 days with original tags attached and items in unworn condition. Lost receipts may be looked up for some purchases.

• Exchanges

  Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original tags attached and items in unworn condition.

• Final sale items

  Custom embroidered items, undergarments, sale items, and discontinued discounted items are final sale.

• Manufacturing defects

  Manufacturing defects will be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

• Store credit

  Store credit is issued when a replacement is unavailable and is valid for one year.

• High-value exchanges

  Manager approval is required for exchanges over $200.
